Myriam Chehab
I’m dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace a nourishing and fulfilling relationship with food. My passion lies in translating complex scientific research into actionable, everyday practices that promote optimal health and prevent disease.
My approach focuses on translating complex research into simple, actionable steps that seamlessly integrate into any lifestyle. I believe in a holistic approach that prioritizes real, whole foods and rejects restrictive diets, calorie counting, or arbitrary limitations. My focus is on cultivating a balanced lifestyle built on sustainable habits and a deep understanding of nutrition.

I graduated from the Lebanese University with a B.S. in Biology and the Holy Spirit of Kaslik with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, and completed my dietetic internship at Saint Charles Hospital.
